Anna brings 9+ years of experience building the operational infrastructure that makes organizations actually run. From HubSpot governance and lifecycle systems to reporting frameworks and marketing automation, she's built programs from zero in lean, fast-moving environments across B2B SaaS and industrial sectors. Anna knows what it takes to stand something up, make it stick, and hand it off in a way that a team can actually use.
Margaret Westerhof
Co-founder
Margaret brings 20+ years in global marketing and operational communications including leading four product launches across North America, Latin America, and EMEA at a global industrial technology company, managing $500K+ annual budgets, and driving change management programs across complex multi-region organizations. She pairs creative vision with operational discipline in a way that's rare and genuinely powerful.
Together, we bring 30+ years of cross-sector experience in SaaS, industrial, energy, nonprofit, and brand management and a track record of not just recommending change, but actually delivering it.
